My name is Silas Maynard.  As a current fighter with an extensive mixed martial arts background, I wanted to bring the fight experience that I found in the USA to Shanghai and its' international community.  In Shanghai, I found many martial arts enthusiast but no real venue to test their skills.  It is my intention to bring that opportunity to Shanghai.

Some of Silas Maynard's accomplishments include:

• First Degree Black belt in Karate (Koei-Kan) 
• First Degree Black Belt Hapkido
• Black belt in MMA (Self Promoted)
• Blue belt in Judo
• Gold medal in the Pennsylvania state Karate games for Kumite (Fighting)
• 3-1 MMA record 1-0 Kickboxing record USA  26-3 within China MMA and Sanda 
• Hosted first MMA event in Shanghai on October 7th, 2009  
• Hosted the second MMA event in Shanghai on November 12th, 2009
